Project Management and Process

Project management, as name suggest, is simply management and control of project activities to meet defined goal and has start and end date to meet predefined objectives. It is the process of organizing, executing and finishing the projects to meet predetermined goals within within the pre-decided parameters including scope, money, and time.

It’s important to realize, however, that these are two very different business techniques with varying goals, objectives, and stages. Understanding the difference between process management vs project management can help improve efficiencies throughout the workplace.
